Our Founders: Mircea and Lidia Toca
Mircea and Lidia Toca, founders of Eternal Family Tanzania, spent 25 years in Romania raising 18 orphaned children as part of their own family. Their deep experience revealed the irreplaceable role of parental presence not just during childhood, but throughout life. With love, encouragement, and lifelong support, they created a true family for those in need.
A Lifelong Commitment to Orphaned Children
Eternal Family was founded with a heartfelt mission: to give orphaned children not just shelter, but a true family. At the core of this vision is the belief that every child deserves loving parents and a nurturing home environment. Each family within the Eternal Family community is led by a mother and father who dedicate their lives to raising 15 orphaned children as their own.
For the past years, this vision has expanded into Tanzania, where Eternal Family continues to grow. This is more than a project; it’s a lifelong relationship. We believe that children continue to need the support of parents well beyond the age of 18, as they attend college or university, search for jobs, marry, and build their own families. Eternal Family is committed to walking with them through every stage of life.
Just as God’s love is eternal and unconditional, Eternal Family stands as a lasting presence in the lives of these children. This is our calling, our message, and our unwavering vision.
For the past years, this vision has expanded into Tanzania, where Eternal Family continues to grow.
